TILLAR TECHNOLOGIES
Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-05.2 · Effective September 5, 2026
1. Agreement and provider
These Terms govern access to and use of products supplied by Tillar Technologies LLC (“Tillar Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using a covered product after these Terms become effective, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific commercial terms presented before purchase. If you use a product for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it.
The covered products are Pressure Wash Estimator and the AI Reliability family: FreshReceipt, Conversation Anchor, AI Claim Checker, Instruction Monitor, AI Drift Guard, Model Compare, AI Work Audit, Source Change Alerts, Knowledge Freshness Guard, Memory Consistency, Compliance Overlay, and AI Reliability Suite.
2. Product scope
AI Reliability. These services process material selected or submitted by users and produce limited reliability signals, findings, comparisons, alerts, reviews, and audit records. Results depend on the information, rules, sources, integrations, and service capabilities available. They do not guarantee that any AI output is correct, safe, current, complete, unbiased, or legally compliant.
Pressure Wash Estimator. This local, offline utility calculates user-supplied quote and mix arithmetic and generates user-directed PDF exports. It does not select chemicals or recommend concentrations, treatments, tax positions, prices, or safety procedures. Follow product labels, Safety Data Sheets, equipment instructions, law, and qualified professional guidance.
None of the products provides legal, medical, financial, tax, engineering, chemical-safety, or other regulated professional advice. Use qualified human review where a decision could materially affect rights, safety, health, money, employment, or legal obligations.
3. Eligibility, accounts, and security
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding agreement, and may not use a product where prohibited by law. If you use a product for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. AI Reliability users must provide accurate account information, protect their Google account and devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Pressure Wash Estimator does not create a Tillar Technologies account in the reviewed release.
4. User material and integrations
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to submit content, configure an integration, select a source, or process another person's information. Do not submit sensitive or regulated material unless your policies, the product's published disclosures, and applicable law permit it.
You retain all intellectual-property rights you hold in submitted material. You grant Tillar Technologies a limited, nonexclusive license only to receive, process, store, secure, display, transmit, and delete that material as needed to operate the feature you request, maintain the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Google Play, Google Sign-In, Google Drive, Firebase, Android sharing targets, and other enabled providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Pressure Wash Estimator is purchased once through Google Play. Its separate Purchase Terms explain the paid-upfront offer and refund route. AI Reliability live access uses Google Play subscriptions governed by the separate Subscription Terms. Google Play displays the controlling localized price, taxes, billing period, and offer terms before confirmation.
Deleting an AI Reliability account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel recurring charges separately through Google Play.
6. Acceptance and launch territory
AI Reliability apps must present these Terms, the applicable Subscription Terms, and the Privacy Policy and obtain an explicit affirmative acceptance before paid feature submissions or purchase. The accepted version, account, product, and timestamp must be recorded. Pressure Wash Estimator presents these Terms and its Purchase Terms before first use and records acceptance locally on the device. If you do not accept, do not use the app and consult the Google Play refund process.
The English-language launch offering covers the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore where the product is enabled in Google Play. Availability may differ by product or device. We do not require U.S. residency. Other markets will be added after their product, consumer, privacy and language requirements are addressed.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use a product unlawfully; violate another person's rights; submit content or credentials without authority; probe, disable, evade, or overload security, billing, usage, or review controls; introduce malware; misrepresent a result as a guarantee, certification, or professional opinion; or use a result as the sole basis for a high-impact decision where law, contract, or professional duty requires human review.
8. Ownership and feedback
Tillar Technologies and its licensors retain their rights in the products, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and service-generated components. These Terms grant only a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the applicable product for its intended purpose while access is valid. Feedback is voluntary and may be used to improve the products without identifying the submitter.
9. Privacy and deletion
Use of each product is subject to its published Privacy Policy. AI Reliability users may request account deletion in the apps or through the public deletion page. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions. Pressure Wash Estimator stores records locally in the reviewed release; users may delete estimates in-app and uninstall to remove private app storage, subject to device and platform behavior.
After a verified deletion request, account-linked product data will be deleted from the primary service within 30 days except where a documented legal hold or nonwaivable legal obligation requires limited retention. Minimal consent, billing, refund, renewal-notice and security evidence is retained for up to seven years where needed to document transactions, consent, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations; these records do not retain the submitted check content. Operational logs expire within 90 days, temporary exports within seven days, and our encrypted database backups within 35 days. Deletion records are reapplied before a backup is restored to service. Google and other independent providers retain their own account and transaction records under their policies; we delete or revoke the app-controlled credentials and request provider deletion where applicable. Original user-owned Google Drive files are not deleted by an AI Reliability account-deletion request.
10. Availability, changes, and termination
Products and third-party integrations may be interrupted or changed. We will not intentionally remove paid access contrary to an active entitlement or nonwaivable law. We may restrict access to address unlawful use, material abuse, security threats, or a lost entitlement. Material changes to customer terms require legally sufficient notice and renewed consent where required.
11. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. This disclaimer does not exclude any warranty or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tillar Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Tillar Technologies' aggregate liability arising from a product or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the fees the claimant paid for the affected product during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100.
The exclusions and cap do not apply to Tillar Technologies' fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any claim or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
13. Limited user indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Tillar Technologies from a third-party claim arising directly from your unlawful use of a product, material you submitted or processed without authorization, or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Tillar Technologies' fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.
14. Governing law and court process
Florida law governs these Terms except where the mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise. Proceedings may be brought in the state courts of Polk County, Florida, or the federal court serving that county, but this does not restrict a consumer's mandatory right to use their local courts or other available dispute process. These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.
Consumer rights take priority. Nothing in these Terms or product-specific terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, refunds, repair, replacement, compensation or other remedies. Those rights take priority over the warranty disclaimer, liability cap, indemnity, Google Play refund limits and choice of law or court. You may request a legal remedy directly from us; a refusal or deadline in Google's voluntary refund process does not extinguish your statutory claim against us. The indemnity in section 13 does not apply to consumers buying primarily for personal, domestic or household use.
Australia. Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to our direct supply to Australian consumers. Depending on the failure and product, remedies can include repair, replacement, cancellation, refund and compensation; these rights cannot be excluded by these Terms. New Zealand. Applicable Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act rights are preserved, including remedies for faulty digital products or services. Singapore. Applicable statutory protections, including protections against unfair practices under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, remain available. We do not make acceptance of these Terms a waiver of those rights.
15. Taxes and records
Google Play processes purchases and provides merchant reports and withholding information. Tillar Technologies will rely on Google Play's Florida marketplace collection and remittance where applicable, address any seller obligation not handled by Google Play, and retain merchant, tax, consent, billing, refund, and security audit records for seven years.
16. Support and notices
Support owner: James Tillar. Support, privacy, legal-notice, cancellation, and refund contact: james@tillartechnologies.com.
Send product or refund requests with the app name, issue and Google Play order reference if relevant; do not send passwords or full payment credentials. We respond to customer support inquiries within three business days and urgent issues referred by Google within 24 hours. These service targets do not extend any shorter statutory deadline. Tillar Technologies will review these Terms when products, laws, markets, processors, or business practices materially change.
